How does pre-order work?

All our pieces are made-to-order. Once you place an order, we source it from our partner in Hong Kong and ship it to Nepal. The full process typically takes 10–14 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Do you ship across Nepal?

Yes. We partner with trusted third-party couriers to deliver nationwide from Kathmandu to major districts. Delivery within Nepal usually takes 1–3 business days after arrival in Kathmandu.

What’s your return or exchange policy?

As each item is specially ordered just for you, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed. If you’re unsure about size, colour, or details, just message us, and we’ll send extra photos or measurements before you commit.

Are your products good quality?

Yes. We carefully handpick only the best-quality pieces because looking good shouldn’t mean compromising on craftsmanship.

Are shipping costs included?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location in Nepal. No hidden charges - you’ll see the total before you pay.

Do I need to pay customs duty or handle paperwork?

No. We take care of all import coordination, including documentation, customs clearance, and any applicable handling fees on your behalf. Your order is delivered hassle-free. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your package arrives.

Is prepayment required to confirm my order?

Yes. Since every piece is sourced individually after you order, full prepayment is required to confirm and initiate your pre-order. This ensures we can reserve your item with our partner in Hong Kong without delay. Once paid, your order is locked in and cannot be cancelled or changed.

How do I make my prepayment?

Once you place your order, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp or email with payment instructions. You can also send payment directly via eSewa or bank transfer, just include your order number in the reference/note field so we can match it to your purchase. Your order is confirmed only once payment is received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your payment is confirmed, we immediately place your order with our partner in Hong Kong. If your item has already been ordered (which usually happens within 24 hours), cancellation or changes are not possible.

If you need to make a request, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or Instagram DM, but please note: we can only accommodate changes before processing begins.

What if I’m unsure about the sizes?

Vintage-style bags often have unique proportions. If you are still unsure, DM us, we’ll measure it again or send a video.

Will I get tracking info?

Yes. Once your package clears customs and is handed to the local courier, you’ll receive a tracking update via WhatsApp or email.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Not currently. All orders are shipped directly via courier for consistency. But if you’re in Kathmandu and have a special request (e.g., gifting), message us - we’ll see what’s possible.
