Shipping policy
Pre-Order Fulfilment
All items are made-to-order. Once your payment is confirmed, we place an order with our partner in Hong Kong to source your selected piece. This international fulfilment process typically takes 10–14 business days from payment confirmation to arrival in Kathmandu.
Please note: This timeline begins only after your prepayment is received and verified.
Domestic Delivery Across Nepal
We work with trusted third-party courier partners (including but not limited to Pathao, Sastodeal Logistics, and regional carriers) to deliver nationwide—from Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Biratnagar to remote districts.
Standard domestic transit time is 1–4 business days after your package arrives in Kathmandu, depending on:
- Your location (urban vs. rural),
- Local road conditions,
- Public holidays or seasonal disruptions (e.g., monsoon).
Tracking & Communication
You’ll receive two key updates:
- Fulfilment confirmation: When your order is placed with our Hong Kong partner.
- Shipping notification: Once your package clears customs and is handed to the local courier, including tracking info (where available).
While not all couriers offer real-time GPS tracking, we ensure you receive delivery status updates via WhatsApp or email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone and package weight. We do not mark up shipping; we pass on actual courier rates with full transparency. There are no hidden fees at any stage.
Customs & Import Handling
All import coordination, including documentation and clearance, is managed by us. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Weather disruptions (landslides, floods),
- National holidays or strikes,
- Customs processing times beyond our control,
- Incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses.
We’ll proactively notify you of any significant delays and keep you informed.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the item will be returned to us. Reshipping will incur a re-delivery fee equal to the original shipping cost.
Order Pickup
At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are dispatched directly via courier for consistency and nationwide accessibility.
