No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

All items are specially ordered from our partner in Hong Kong only after you place your pre-order. Because each piece is sourced individually based on your selection, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once payment is confirmed.

We encourage you to review all product details carefully, including dimensions, materials, colour notes, and care instructions - before completing your purchase.

If you’re unsure about fit, finish, or styling, just message us first. We’re happy to share additional photos, videos, or exact measurements to help you decide with confidence.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While rare, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged (e.g., torn, cracked, or broken hardware),
  • Not as described (e.g., wrong colour, material, or style), or
  • Missing parts

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✅ Clear photos of the item(s)
✅ Your order number
✅ A brief description of the issue

We’ll respond within 24 business hours and work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a replacement (if stock allows) or store credit.
